Scentsy Story
I’m Michelle! I joined Scentsy in August 2014 as a new mother on active-duty military. I joined for the Consultant discount perks and just as a hobby. (Which is perfectly Ok!!) That is exactly what it was until 2016 when I left the military and started going to school full time when it then became my full-time income. Through it all I fought depression, anxiety, zero support from family and friends, losing a parent and being abused followed by a nasty divorce and Scentsy was what got me through every part. I have had to go back out in Corporate America to work to support my son and myself, but Scentsy gives me that extra income and has saved me more than once in being able to pay bills, buy groceries and even give my son an amazing Christmas! I had a family in Scentsy that rallied behind me every step of the way and picked me up when I needed to be picked up. This company instills a “Give more than you take” attitude and as a consultant we live by that motto. Scentsy is more than just warmers & wax..it’s a lifestyle! I have always felt I didn’t belong, never had a group of friends that I got to experience things with until Scentsy came along. I have met many of my best friends in this company and have traveled all over with them for FREE and even the people I don’t know in this company will love you to your core and that has been where I have drawn my motivation to run this business and to want to help people feel what this company does to your life and to gain all of the things I have! I am remarried now to a wonderful man who I introduced to this business and he sees how much I love this business and has went all in supporting me in my dreams to rebuild it back to my primary income. Financial Freedom & Time Freedom are very important to us! Living a life where we don’t have to just go through the motions of life without the time or money for traveling or any extras isn’t how you live! We’re building a life where we choose how much time we can spend with our kids and grandkids. No income limits or time limits with family…THAT IS LIVING!
